(b) Resignation of Bill Sullivan as Director
On July 1, 2024, Bill Sullivan resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Privia Health Group, Inc. (the "Company") and as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Sullivan's resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies, or practices. The Board and Management thank Mr. Sullivan for his valuable contributions and service during his tenure.
