Honors add to growing list of best employer awards for Aledade

Bethesda, MD - Aledade, the nation's largest network of independent primary care, has been selected for the 2024 Fortune Best Workplaces in Health Care™ List. This is Aledade's fifth consecutive time being named to this prestigious list, coming in at 12th place in the large category.

The Best Workplaces in Health Care award is based on analysis of survey responses from over 185,000 employees at Great Place to Work Certified™ companies in the health care industry.

"At Aledade, we're immensely proud of the mission we're working towards and the invaluable members of our team who make it all possible," says Mat Kendall, President of Aledade. "As a company, we're dedicated to ensuring our health care system is good for patients, practices and society - and as an employer, we are equally dedicated to being a great place to work. We are thrilled to receive this recognition."

The Best Workplaces in Health Care list is highly competitive. Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture, determines its lists using its proprietary For All™ Methodology to evaluate and certify thousands of organizations in America's largest ongoing annual workforce study, based on over 1.3 million survey responses and data from companies representing more than 8.2 million employees this year alone. Survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for employees regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status or other demographic identifier.

"Congratulations to the Best Workplaces in Health Care," said Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work. "These companies not only outperform the average for their industry but have created workplaces that outshine the average in every category, proving the importance of building trust with workers, no matter the industry."

In addition to being primarily remote, Aledade offers 12 weeks of fully paid Parental Leave for all new parents; robust paid time off (21 days in the first year); health, dental and vision insurance paid up to 80% for employees, dependents and domestic partners; flexible hours and a six-week sabbatical after six years of service as part of its competitive benefits package.

The latest top workplace honors come on the heels of numerous other recent best employer recognitions for Aledade. Aledade was recently ranked No. 3 in The Washington Post's largest employer category among top companies in the District of Columbia area and No. 4 by USA Today in its rankings of companies with between 1,000 and 2,499 employees.
