NATCA Kicks Off 2024 Boots on the Ground Program

NATCA's Boots on the Ground (BOTG) program, a key part of the Union's legislative efforts, is set to make an impact in the 2024 election cycle. The program enlists retired NATCA members to engage with fellow labor members, educating them about candidates' records and positions.

On June 25, 20 retired NATCA members assigned to 14 states met virtually with NATCA leadership and staff to launch this year's BOTG educational efforts. This program has consistently proven effective in informing the labor community about election candidates.
