On September 10, 2024, Chrystyna Bedrij Stecyk informed Vaccinex, Inc. (the "Company") of her resignation as a director of the Company effective immediately. Ms. Bedrij Stecyk's departure was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
