Bridge Maintenance Scheduled on Interstate 80 in Montour County

Montoursville, PA - Motorists are advised of lane restrictions this week on Interstate 80 in both directions between the Northumberland County line and the Columbia County line in Montour County, for bridge maintenance.

On Tuesday, October 22, 2024, through Thursday, October 24, 2024, a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance crew will be performing bridge flushing and routine maintenance on the bridges on Interstate 80 east of mile marker 215 (Limestoneville /Route 254) and west of mile marker 232 (Buckhorn / Route 42).

Motorists can expect alternating lane closures where work is being performed. Work will be performed between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, weather permitting.
Motorists should be alert, slow down, watch for lane changes, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution through the work zone.
