Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers and Dealer Managers in California Resources Corporation's $300 Million Notes Offering and $300 Million Tender Offer

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 8.250% senior notes due 2029 by California Resources Corporation.

Proceeds from the offering were used to fund the concurrent tender offer. Cahill also represented the dealer managers in connection with California Resources Corporation's tender offer for $300 million of their 7.125% senior notes due 2026.
