At 9:04 a.m., Troopers arrested Richard Testa, age 33, of 15 Marjorie Street, Coventry, Rhode Island on a Family Court Bench Warrant for a Non-Criminal Charge Reciprocal Body Attachment. The arrest was the result of a Motor Vehicle Stop on Tiogue Avenue on the Town of Coventry. The subject was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institute - Men's Intake Center.

At 11:03 p.m., Troopers arrested James R. Walter, age 57, of 43 Wood Cove Drive, Coventry, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC .10 to .15 - First Offense (Phase I: % 0.133 / Phase II: % 0.132). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 3, in the Town of Coventry. The subject was transported to the State Police - Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.

At 11:58 p.m., Troopers arrested Kathryn E. Marseglia, age 42, of 4 Valley Drive, Ashaway, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs - BAC Unknown - First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Exeter. The subject was transported to the State Police - Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
