Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown Launches 'Giving Tree' Initiative, Benefiting New York Cares

Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown announces the launch of its heartfelt "Giving Tree" initiative, a special giving campaign supporting New York Cares. Starting November 18, 2024 and continuing through Thanksgiving, the Hotel will transform its entrance into a celebration of giving, with a stunning tree adorned in golden leaves, inspiring guests to spread holiday cheer this season.

Upon arrival at the Hotel entrance, guests will be greeted by a striking tree made of natural branches, designed by Michael Collins, Design Director at Amaranth, a bespoke floral atelier. Beside it, a basket filled with shimmering gold-dipped leaves will await. Each leaf represents a donation to New York Cares, one of the city's most impactful nonprofit organizations, dedicated to helping those in need across New York. Guests can scan a QR code to make a donation directly to New York Cares, and in return, they will receive a golden leaf to write their name on. This leaf will then be hung on the tree as a symbol of their generosity, with the goal of creating a fully golden tree - a beautiful visual representation of collective giving.

This initiative is the first of its kind at Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown, and it comes as part of the Hotel's broader efforts to give back during the holiday season. The spirit of this initiative will be further echoed in-room, as guests will receive a warm welcome amenity: a golden maple leaf chocolate, celebrating the season of gratitude.
