P-CHIP Call for Projects Open

P-CHIP is HCD's 5-year strategic plan, approved by Tucson's Mayor and Council on November 7, 2024. P-CHIP grantmaking supports implementation of the priorities outlined in the plan.

  • HOME Rental Program: Funding is available for the development of affordable rental housing for low-income households that meet HOME program requirements. The City of Tucson/Pima County HOME Consortium receives program funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Development. Program funds are limited and not intended to be the primary funding source for a project.

Pre-Proposal Conference Recordings Available

Two virtual pre-proposal conference recordings and slides are now available. The pre-proposal conferences covered the grant information and applicants were able to ask specific questions related to the Call for Projects.
