Appeal to locate missing man - Cabramatta

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's west.

Anthony Johnson, aged 44, was last seen about 4pm on Thursday 27 June 2024, on John Street, Cabramatta.

When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Fairfield City Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Anthony's welfare as he has a number of health conditions, is non-verbal and deaf.

He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, of medium build, with short brown hair and a beard. He has a tattoo of a bird on his left cheek.

Anthony was last seen wearing long black pants, a black hoodie and black shoes.

He is known to frequent the Fairfield, Parramatta, Granville and Merrylands areas, in particular, train stations.
