Fraudulent Notices of Electronic Filing (NEFs)

There has been nationwide reporting of fake Notices of Electronic Filing (NEFs) being sent to attorneys and law firms across the country. These emails may have the wrong court email address, no case number or caption, and no ECF docket number. The emails may ask the receiver to click a link or open a file. These emails are fraudulent. Please do not click on any links or files contained within these emails.
