I 376 Fort Pitt, I 279 Fort Duquesne Bridge Inspections Sunday Morning in Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh, PA - PennDOT District 11 is announcing inspection work on I-376 (Fort Pitt Bridge) and I-279 (Fort Duquesne Bridge) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County will occur Sunday morning, October 6 weather permitting.

Bridge inspection activities requiring a single-lane restriction on the Fort Pitt Bridge lower deck and the Fort Duquesne lower deck will occur from 6 a.m. to noon Sunday morning. Associated on and off ramps may have minor lane restrictions, however, will remain open at all times.

Crews from Gannett Fleming will conduct the routine bridge inspection activities.
