Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 19, 2024, Charles B. Lobetti, III, Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and principal accounting officer of Healthcare Integrated Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") notified the Company of his decision to resign, effective as of July 31, 2024 (the "Effective Date"), in order to pursue other business opportunities. After the Effective Date, Mr. Lobetti will be available, on a contract basis and in a non-officer capacity, to assist the Company with its transition to a new CFO and/or principal accounting officer.
