Three years after Joe Biden and Kamala Harris' disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan left 13 American service members dead, not one national security official has been fired. Think about that -not one person has been held accountable for one of the greatest foreign policy failures of the 21st century.

This is not for a lack of evidence. Today, the House Foreign Affairs Committee released an in-depth report summarizing the findings of its nearly two-year long investigation into the withdrawal.

What we found was absolutely damning. From every level of the Biden-Harris White House - from the Oval Office to the embassy in Kabul - there was gross incompetence. Our report also exposes the White House's lies and propaganda.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, for instance, have claimed repeatedly that they "inherited" a deal with the Taliban from President Trump. But the truth is that Joe and Kamala had all the power in the world to hold the Taliban accountable for reneging on the agreement struck by President Trump. Instead, Joe and Kamala let the Taliban set the terms for a withdrawal and - as a result - catastrophe followed.

Joe and Kamala treated these men and women as disposable and we have 13 more Gold Star Families as a result.
