Flu Clinics

The Boone County Health Department (BCHD) is hosting flu clinics every Monday afternoon from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. during the month of October for ages 6 months and older. Appointments encouraged but walk ins will be accepted. Parents or legal guardians must be with children under 18 years of age. The clinics will be at BCHD office, 1204 Logan Ave. Belvidere. You must bring all your insurance cards (private, supplemental, Medicare, Medicaid), and a driver's license or photo ID. High dose flu vaccine is available for those over 65.
