CrimeStoppers: Missing Juvenile: Zoe Baxter

News Release 10/13/24: CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public's assistance in locating Zoe Baxter, who is emotionally distraught. She was last seen leaving her Salt Lake area home on Sunday, October 13, 2024, at about 3:45 p.m. Her family and friends are concerned for her safety and well-being.
