The Stopping Up Of Highways (Cheapside, Bridgend) Order 202-

This Order will stop up an area of highway for the demolition of Bridgend Police Station and Cheapside Multi-storey Car Park, formally known as Brackla 1 Car Park, and construction of educational facilities and associated infrastructure works for Bridgend College, in accordance with planning permission granted under Part 3 of the 1990 Act by Bridgend County Borough Council on 27 July 2023 with reference P/22/756/FUL.

The stopping up of a length of the existing highway is considered necessary to facilitate this development.
