On July 23, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Kerri Foster, age 39, of last known address 113 Archambault Avenue, West Warwick, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Conveyance of Unauthorized Articles to/ from Institution; and 2) Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V- Greater than 10 Grams. Ms. Foster was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On July 23, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Antwane Williams- Bey, age 33, of last known address 56 Terrace Avenue, East Hartford, Connecticut, with the following: 1) Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V- Less Than 10 Grams. Mr. Williams-Bey was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On July 23, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Jose Medina, age 50, of last known address 30 Howard Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V- Less than 10 Grams. Mr. Medina was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On July 23, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Ronny Sanford, age 24, of last known address 28 Lafayette Street, Johnston, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V- Less than 10 Grams. Mr. Sanford was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On July 23, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged James Belanger, age 28, of last known address 214 Sweet Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V- Less than 10 Grams. Mr. Belanger was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On July 23, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Antwan Saygbe, age 33, of last known address 460 Charles Street, Providence, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Domestic Violence - Violation of a No Contact Order. Mr. Saygbe was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On July 23, 2024, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Providence Police Department arrested Moises Ramirez, age 27, of 166 Valley Street - Apartment 203, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Providence Police Department for Aggravated Assault with Firearm. Mr. Ramirez was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Providence Police Department on scene.
