Chris Deluzio is up with a new digital ad in the general election for Pennsylvania's 17th Congressional District.

The ad, "Record," highlights self-proclaimed "pro-life legislator" Rob Mercuri's extremist anti-abortion voting record, including co-sponsoring legislation that would ban abortion with with no exceptions for rape or incest, voting to punish doctors who provide abortion care with jail time, and threatening access to IVF treatment.
