COLUMBUS, OH - At the 2024 National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA) Annual Conference, the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) was the recipient of two Awards for Program Excellence. OHFA won in the categories of Communications: Annual Report, for the modernizing its Annual Report; and Legislative Advocacy: State Advocacy, for its work advocating for the new Single Family Tax Credit Program.

"These are highly coveted and extremely competitive awards, with HFAs from across the country submitting multiple applications for their most innovative and impactful programs," said OHFA Executive Director Shawn Smith. "What an achievement for the Agency to be recognized by its peers for this work. I'm so very proud of staff for this accomplishment!"
