Lane Closure on East 131st Avenue between North 27th Street and North 28th Street

Beginning at 9am today, the eastbound lane of East 131st Avenue will be closed between North 27th Street and North 28th Street as the Tampa Water Department returns to complete a more permanent restoration following earlier work to repair a water main break. Barricades and flaggers will be located in the area to assist with rerouting and traffic flow. All lanes will reopen to traffic by 5pm each day and then close again the following morning at 9am to continue the work. Please use caution when driving in the area.

Road restoration activities are expected to be completed by 5pm, Tuesday, November 12, at which time the road will be reopened for normal traffic flow. Restoration schedules are contingent upon weather conditions. The staff and crews of the Tampa Water Department appreciate everyone's patience during this time.
