Kirkland & Ellis is advising FundRock Management Company S.A., a subsidiary of Apex Group Ltd., on its acquisition of Nikko Asset Management Luxembourg S.A. from Nikko Asset Management Co., Ltd., one of Asia's largest asset managers.
