Common Stock Distribution Authorized
On July 16, 2024, the board of directors of Sila Realty Trust, Inc. (the "Company") approved and authorized a distribution payable on August 15, 2024, to the Company's stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 31, 2024. The distribution will be equal to $0.1333 per share of common stock, representing an annualized amount of $1.60 per share.
