These shares were granted pursuant to a restricted stock unit award ("RSU"). 12.5% of the shares subject to the RSU award shall vest on October 1, 2024, and the remaining 87.5% of the shares subject to the RSU award shall vest in 14 equal quarterly installments thereafter on the first day of the applicable month beginning at the start of the first calendar quarter following October 1, 2024, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service relationship with the Company through each such vesting date.

The shares are held directly by the Vlok Family Trust, dated March 17, 2009. The Reporting Person and his spouse are the co-trustees of the Vlok Family Trust, dated March 17, 2009 and share sole voting and dispositive power with respect to all securities held by such entity. The Reporting Person may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of the securities held by the Vlok Family Trust, dated March 17, 2009.
