Nampa Seeks Applications for Community Resource Center at Idaho Hispanic Community Center

Organizations have approached the City of Nampa concerning the establishment of a Community Resource Center. As such, the City of Nampa is seeking submissions from those interested in establishing and operating a Community Resource Center in north Nampa at the Idaho Hispanic Community Center (IH2C), located at 315 Stampede Drive.

Due to community needs and the recent closure of the previous Family Community Resource Center at Snake River Elementary, we desire to open a new resource center as soon as possible. The new center aims to provide access to essential services, foster community engagement, and serve residents through a comprehensive resource center.

Organizations must demonstrate relevant experience with similar projects, including examples of past work, staff qualifications, and a clear project management approach. Submissions must include a budget with a breakdown of costs, the funding methodology, and the strategy sustaining the center long-term. Submissions should also include a plan for service delivery, program schedules, staffing, and community outreach, with the project being fully operational within three months of approval.

A full list of requirements can be found at https://cityofnampa.us/ih2c. Submissions must be sent to Rick Kennedy via email ([email protected]) by 5:00 p.m. July 25, 2024.
