Scientific Forum Video 2024: Atoms4Food – Better Agriculture for Better Life

The number of people facing food shortages and hunger is growing. The situation is being made worse by climate change and the increasing competition for natural resources. Atoms4Food, a joint IAEA / FAO initiative aims to change that, helping countries boost food security and tackle growing hunger. The IAEA dedicated its 2024 Scientific Forum to exploring how nuclear technology can transform agrifood systems, address food insecurity and help countries adapt to the challenges of climate change.
