Missing youth: Help the RCMP find David Rugwiza

RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment is asking for the public's assistance in locating 15-year-old David Rugwiza. He was last seen yesterday at approximately 8:20 a.m. in Lower Sackville.

Rugwiza has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a pink sweater, black jeans with white on the front of them, white and black Adidas sneakers, and a red and black backpack.

When someone goes missing, it has deep and far-reaching impacts for the person and those who know them. We ask that people spread the word respectfully.
