Get home-buying and financing information

There will be a free Community Resource Fair at Allen Chapel AME Church, 580 George W. Engram Boulevard, Saturday, Nov. 9, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. FREE credit reports and mini-workshops about home financing, banking, budgeting and estate planning. Attendees can have one-on-one counseling sessions with a HUD Certified Housing Counselor and get pre-approved for a mortgage loan. Learn about new mortgage loan products, down payment assistance programs new affordable housing initiatives, rehab programs and loan and refinance options for homeowners. Pre-registration is recommended but walk-ins are welcome. This event is hosted by Mid-Florida Housing Partnership, Inc., HUD, Bethune Cookman University and the City of Daytona Beach.
