In response to Donald Trump trying to hide his and JD Vance's extreme anti-choice agenda, DNC Spokesperson Aida Ross released the following statement:

"Americans have seen with their own eyes how Donald Trump overturned Roe v. Wade andpaved the way for extreme MAGA Republicans to restrict IVF and pass cruel abortion bans across the country, hurting women and families. Trump and JD Vance have consistently tried to rip away women's freedoms, and they won't stop until they enact their dangerous Project 2025 agenda to outlaw abortion nationwide and threaten IVF access. When voters head to the ballot box this November, they will vote for the Harris-Walz ticket to protect our freedoms - not Trump and Vance's all-out assault on our basic rights."

FACT: Donald Trump paved the way for GOP attacks on IVF in Alabama, and his extreme anti-choice allies - including the Project 2025 groups his campaign is already collaborating with - are pushing to gut IVF access.

New York Times: "[The Alabama Supreme Court ruling on IVF was] made possible by the Supreme Court's overturning of Roe v. Wade in its 2022 Dobbs decision, which was a result of Mr. Trump's appointment of three justices."

FACT: Trump's running mate JD Vance is an anti-choice extremist who has spoken out against and voted to block legislation to protect IVF access. He also celebrated Donald Trump's ending of Roe v. Wade that paved the way for threats to IVF access.
