Shen Baohui, Sales Manager for Sinopec & PetroChina Key Accounts, emphasized, "Although tender specifications cannot be determined at this stage, based on our previous supply experiences, it is likely that crush- and sulfur-resistant steel grade casings are expected to be the main specifications supplied."


Wang Jijun, Vallourec OCTG Sales Manager, added, "While we have made significant breakthroughs in high-collapse steel casings in recent years, customers may demand even higher specifications, such as 155HC and 165HC, in the future. If we want to capture a larger share of the ultra-deep well market in China, it is essential that we continue to expand our product ranges."
