RELEASE: REP. HILL STATEMENT ON LANDMARK SCOTUS DECISIONS

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Rep. French Hill (AR-02) today released the following statement after the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) released multiple landmark decisions:

"SCOTUS took a first step in bringing power back to where our Founding Fathers intended it to be - the American people. The Court's rulings to overturn Chevron and curb the SEC's reliance on in-house tribunals are long overdue steps in reining in the out-of-control administrative state. SCOTUS' decisions are landmark victories for our Constitution and the principle of the separation of powers in our nation."
