On July 29, 2024, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Kelvin Mayorga, age 31, of 3430 Post Road, Warwick, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession of a Stolen Firearm; 2) Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Controlled Substance Violation; 3) Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Controlled Substance Violation; 4) Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Controlled Substance Violation; 5) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine; 6) Large-Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited; 7) Large-Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited; and 8) Delivery of a Controlled Substance in a School Zone. Mr. Mayorga was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, then turned over to the ACI Intake Center pending his morning arraignment in Third Division District Court.

On July 30, 2024, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Raymond Baccaire, age 50, of 5 Friendship Lane, Smithfield, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for the following: 1) Obtaining Money under False Pretenses (Felony); 2) Fraud( Felony); and 3) Conspiracy out of the Middletown Police Department. Mr. Baccaire was taken into custody and transported to the Middletown Police Department.

On July 30, 2024, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Lorrie Folco, age 39, of 5 Friendship Lane, Smithfield, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for the following: 1) Obtaining Money under False Pretenses (Felony); 2) Fraud( Felony); and 3) Conspiracy out of the Middletown Police Department. Ms. Folco was taken into custody and transported to the Middletown Police Department.

On July 30, 2024, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Adam Charette, age 37, of 259 Old Snake Hill Road, Glocester, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice on a Department of Corrections Transitional Supervision Warrant for Escape on original charges of Threatening 1st degree, Assault 3rd Degree, Interfering with an Emergency Call and Violation of Probation out of Connecticut. Mr. Charette was taken into custody and turned directly over to the West Warwick Police Department for his arraignment as a FFJ.

On July 31, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Michael Marrapese, age 45, of last known address18 Slate Hill Road, Cranston, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V Less than 10 Grams. Mr. Marrapese was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On July 31, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Jerry Cintron, age 42, of last known address 28 Apollo Road, Apartment #5B, East Providence, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V Less than 10 Grams. Mr. Cintron was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On July 31, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Jeremy Greene, age 42, of last known address 89 Pacific Street, Apartment #1, Central Falls, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Domestic Violence - Violation of a No Contact Order. Mr. Greene was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On July 31, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Eric Rodevitz, age 45, of last known address 2410 Mendon Road, Cumberland, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Domestic Violence - Violation of a No Contact Order. Mr. Rodevitz was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On July 31, 2024, members of the ACI Investigations Unit charged Stephen Rubin, age 35, of last known address 51 West Road, Cranston, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the State Of Connecticut. Mr. Rubin was arraigned in Third District Court and released to the custody of the Sheriffs Department.

On July 31, 2024, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Robert Hawkins, age 23, of 44 Knotty Oak Shores, Coventry, Rhode Island, for Possession of Child Pornography. Mr. Hawkins was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks for processing then to Third District Court for arraignment. The Honorable Justice Caruolo set bail at $5,000 with surety, to include no contact with minors and limited internet use.

On August 1, 2024, members of the Auto Theft Unit, the Intelligence Unit, and the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Jared Bickford, age 42, of 34 Forest Street, North Providence, Rhode Island, on the following: 1) Extraditable Warrant out of the Plymouth County Massachusetts District Attorney's Office for Aggravated Assault Strong Arm Assault - Weapon; 2) Identity Fraud; 3) False Statement to Fraudulently Obtain a License; 4) Possession of a Firearm by a Person Convicted of a Crime of Violence; 5) Alteration of Marks of Identification on Firearms; 6) Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Controlled Substance Violation; 7) Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance - LSD; 8) Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance - Steroids; 9) Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance - MDMA; and 10) Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Oxycodone. Mr. Bickford was transported to State Police Headquarters and processed. He was later transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions following a special arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.

On July 31, 2024, members of the Intelligence Unit, the Auto Theft Unit, and the HIDTA Task Force arrested Alexander Bourque, age 31, of 34 Weaver Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance - Cocaine. Mr. Bourque was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions following a special arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.

On August 1, 2024, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Newport Police Department arrested Andre T. Dupree, age 33, last known address of 249 JT Connell Highway Room 201, Newport, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Middletown Police Department for the following: 1) Reckless Driving; 2) Obstruction; and 3) Driving with a Suspended License. Mr. Dupree was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Middletown Police Department.

On August 1, 2024, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Alan Silvia, age 56, of 1 Ada Court, Coventry, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession of Child Pornography. Mr. Silvia was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing and to Third District Court for arraignment. The Honorable Associate Judge Caroulo set $5,000 surety bail with special bail conditions of restricted Internet access and no unsupervised contact with minors.

On August 1, 2024, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Dale Bonanno, age 52, of 69 White Rock Road, Westerly, for Indecent Solicitation of a Child (2 counts). Mr. Bonanno was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks for processing and to Fourth District Court for arraignment. The Honorable Associate Judge O'Neill set $5,000 surety bail with special bail conditions of restricted Internet access and no unsupervised contact with minors.

On August 4, 2024, the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Robert Laroche, age 58, of 1175 Diamond Hill Road, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property. Mr. Laroche was arraigned by Bail Commissioner Robinson and released on $1,000 Personal Recognizance.
