Home Repair Funding Available

Milford Housing Development Corporation's Home Repair Program -

Through this program we assist low-income homeowners with Home Repairs. We currently manage the Statewide Emergency Repair Program (SERP) for the Delaware State Housing Authority, the Repairing, Replacing Heaters and Conserving Energy (RRHACE) program for Delaware Health and Social Services as well as the Community Development Block Grant for the City of Dover.

We are holding an open application event on October 29^th and November 7^th in the former Bayard Pharmacy located at 202 W. Loockerman St. for low-income homeowners who are in need of home repairs.
