On December 9, 2024, President of the New Development Bank (NDB), H.E. Mrs. Dilma Rousseff, participated in the "1+10" dialogue with Chinese Premier H.E. Mr. Li Qiang held at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing, China.

During the meeting, Premier Li Qiang said that China supports the continuous expansion of the New Development Bank and is willing to expand project and financing cooperation between the two sides to jointly contribute more to the economic and social development of BRICS countries and developing countries.

The "1+10" dialogue with Premier Li Qiang was participated by heads of 10 international economic organizations, including President of the New Development Bank Mrs. Dilma Rousseff, President of the World Bank Group Mr. Ajay Banga, Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund Ms. Kristalina Georgieva, Director-General of the World Trade Organization Ms. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Secretary-General of UN Conference on Trade and Development Ms. Rebeca Grynspan, Director-General of the International Labor Organization Mr. Gilbert Houngbo, Secretary-General of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development Mr. Mathias Cormann, General Manager of the Bank for International Settlements Mr. Agustin Carstens, Chair of the Financial Stability Board Mr. Klaas Knot, and President of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank Mr. Jin Liqun.
