Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

The 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of InnSuites Hospitality Trust results will be available shortly after the Meeting this year, which is scheduled to be held on August 14, 2024. The Trustee Nominees for the 2024 Annual Shareholder Meeting are Marc E. Berg, and Michael G. Marchi. Long-time Trustee, and respected friend of IHT, Jessie Ronnie Chase, passed away unexpectedly on June 14, 2024. His Trustee position has been filled temporarily by Mr. Marchi, pending his successful vote for election at the Annual Meeting.
