Landfill Extends Weekend Hours for Debris Drop-Off

[AUGUSTA, GA, - October 28, 2024] - The City of Augusta Landfill will extend its Saturday hours to assist Richmond County residents with debris disposal. This extended schedule aims to provide additional ways for those needing to clear storm-related or seasonal yard debris. Normal fees apply.

Extended Hours:

• Dates:Saturday, November 2, 2024
• Hours:6:00am to 10:00am (regular operations; all waste)

10:00am to 3:00pm (storm vegetation debris ONLY)

** No commercial customers after 10:00am

Residents are encouraged to take advantage of the extended hours to dispose of vegetation debris.
