Local house builder Crest Nicholson has launched its latest phase in the sort after Arborfield Green Garden Village in Berkshire. The development, named Newlands Place will deliver 135 much needed new homes to the area, including three, four and five bedroom homes as well as two bedroom apartments

Of the 135 plots, 20% will be allocated as affordable housing and the development will include sustainable features, with homes equipped with PV panels, Electric Vehicle Charging Points and Air Source Heat Pumps.
