INVITATION TO BID – SOUTH PARK BALLFIELD

Sealed bids for a unit price contract will be received by the City of Elyria, Ohio, until 2:00 PM local time on Thursday, July 11, 2024 for the project known as: South Park Ballfield

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision of labors necessary to complete the work. This project includes the following items of work including earthwork, seeding, fencing, drainage, concrete and asphalt paving, ballfield preparation, and other items all as shown on construction plans and specifications prepared by Brandstetter Carroll Inc.

PROJECT FUNDING: This project is Federally assisted. Contracts to be awarded under this invitation for bids will be subject to Federal laws and related Acts that are referenced in this bid package. DAVIS BACON WAGES APPLY.

BIDDING DOCUMENTS: The plans, specifications, and all bidding forms may be examined with the files linked below. The documents may be secured through ARC by contacting Customer Service (216-281-1234), by going to any ARC location or by logging onto https://customer.e-arc.com/arcEOC/Secures/PWELL_PrivateList.aspx?PrjType=pub or email [email protected]. The cost of each set of documents is $120.00 payable to ARC which includes bid documents, drawings and all future addenda. This cost does not include shipping of the original bid documents but does include the cost for shipping of any addenda. Cost for shipping expenses of the original bid documents would be added to this fee. Bidding documents are sold as complete sets; no partial or incomplete sets can be purchased. Payment for the bid documents and shipping details shall be arranged through ARC. No refund will be allowed for the return of any bidding documents at any time. The Office of the City Engineer will NOT have any plans available for sale
