WASHINGTON - The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) launched a new TV ad in PA-08 today.

The TV ad highlights Matt Cartwright siding with China over American jobs.

This ad is part of the NRCC's previously announced advertising reservation, which included a significant investment in PA-08.
