On November 8, 2024, Kevin Myers was terminated as Chief Marketing Officer of AiAdvertising, Inc. (the "Company"). Pursuant to the terms of Mr. Myers' employment agreement, upon termination, Mr. Myers is deemed to have resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company.
