Call For Artists

Roux & Cyr International Fine Art Gallery is calling all artists to submit work for our upcoming juried show. The theme will be "That Which Sustains Us." Original works ranging from traditional realism to impressionism completed within the past 3 years may be submitted.

The show will be held in the gallery at 48 Free Street from October 18 to November 15, 2024. The opening reception will be on October 18, from 4-7:30pm.

Todd Bonita, artist, gallery owner, and teacher, will be our juror. He owns and operates the Todd Bonita Art Gallery in Ogunquit, Maine and Portsmouth, New Hampshire. His work is in collections in the United States and world-wide. He has a BFA from the Art Institute of Boston and did post-graduate study at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.

The jurying process will be done in person. Artists may submit up to 3 works per person. Please bring entries to the gallery for jury selection on October 10 during gallery hours of 11-7pm. Please contact the gallery if you would need to bring your work outside of these hours to schedule an appointment. You will be notified by October 11 if your work has been selected. Work that is not selected will need to be picked up by October 12. There will be an entry fee of $15 per piece that is selected for the show.

Submitted pieces must be 2-dimensional paintings that may be in the medium of oil, acrylic, watercolor, or pastel. Work may be 11x14" to 16x20" in size.
