The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Aethon Energy Operating LLC (F027781, P0037948):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Aethon Energy Operating LLC to install and operate two (2) 530 hp Waukesha H24GSID portable generator engines (ENG001-ENG002) at various locations in Fremont and Natrona Counties, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F027751 and permit number P0037948 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Fremont County Library, Lander and the Natrona County Library, Casper, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Fremont County Clerk's Office, Lander and Natrona County Clerk's Office, Casper, Wyoming.

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Aethon Energy Operating LLC to install and operate one (1) 1,380 hp Caterpillar G3516B generator engine (ENG004) at the Hendry Station located in the NW¼ SE¼ of Section 19, T37N, R89W, approximately eight (8) miles east of Moneta in Fremont County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F020004 and permit number P0037309 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Fremont County Library, Lander, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Fremont County Clerk's Office, Lander, Wyoming.
