Hope Valley Barracks

At 9:31 AM, Troopers arrested Lori A. Tortolano age 59, of 135 New Road, Exeter, Rhode Island, for 1.) Domestic Simple Assault, 2.) Domestic Vandalism, and 3.) Domestic Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation by Trooper Miranda and the subject being located at her residence under the 24 hour domestic rule. Mrs. Tortolano was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed and later transported to Fourth Division District Court for arraignment.
