The Libyan Customs Authority (LCA) recently concluded a successful Risk Management Training program, marking a significant milestone in enhancing border security and trade facilitation.

The intensive five-day training, conducted in partnership with EUBAM, equipped 15 LCA officers with advanced skills in risk analysis, information gathering, anti-corruption measures, and more. By adopting modern methodologies, the LCA is well-positioned to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the smooth flow of legitimate trade while safeguarding national security. This achievement underscores the strong collaboration between the LCA and EUBAM.
