Public Notice of Court Closure Due to Severe Weather

The Macon and Columbus Bankruptcy Court Clerk's Offices will be closed beginning at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Thursday, September 26, 2024, and all day on Friday, September 27, 2024 due to severe weather anticipated by the arrival of Hurricane Helene to the Middle Georgia area. Court employees will telework while the Court is closed to the public. CM/ECF will remain available for users. There are currently no matters set for hearing on either of those dates.
