Westchester County - The Ossining Union Free School District, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Ossining Union Free School District 2024 Bond will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the consideration by the Board of Education of the Ossining Union Free School District for a proposed 2024 Bond for capital work to be undertaken at the Claremont Elementary School, Anne M. Dorner Middle School, and the Ossining High School Campus for the purpose of addressing space, programming, recreational and parking needs, as well routine renovations (Proposed Project). Said work includes various additions, interior renovations and reconfigurations, parking, stormwater facilities, demolitions, and various, associated site work. The project is located 100 Van Cortlandt Avenue, 2 Claremont Road and 29 South Highland Avenue in the Town of Ossining, New York.
