China Shenhua's Shendong Shangwan Coal Mine and Baorixile Open-pit Coal Mine Were Selected as 2024 Benchmark Mines in the Coal Industry

The China National Coal Association (CNCA) recently announced the results of its 2024 coal industry benchmark selection, listing 15 benchmark mines and 63 benchmark case studies.

Among the selected benchmark mines for 2024 are China Shenhua's Shangwan Coal Mine of Shendong Coal Group and Baorixile Energy Open-pit Coal Mine. In addition, three case studies were recognized as benchmarks in the coal industry for 2024: Shangwan Coal Mine's "Digital Shangwan" Staff Safety Competency Enhancement App Development and Application Case, Practices and Applications of the "Multi-Objective, Grid-Based and Three-Dimensional" Safety Innovation Management Model at Bulianta Coal Mine, and Construction of Safety Culture System Based on a Four-layered Model at CHN Energy Beidian Shengli Energy Co., Ltd.
