McALLEN, Tex., Oct. 23, 2024 - Molina Healthcare of Texas hosted a "Pathway to Transition" health and wellness event to educate members of the intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) community on services available to them, including health and wellness, family transition support, self-advocacy, vocational training, and more.

Participants learned tips on how they can help improve their overall health and wellness.
