The property sold for $4,470,000.

Sean Sharko, Austin Weisenbeck and Daniel Chumbley, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a local Chicago real estate investment company, and procured the buyer, an out of state real estate partnership.
