Legal Benchmarking Group Honors Dechert for Diversity and Social Impact Success

Dechert LLP has been recognized as "Inclusion Innovator of the Year" winner at the Legal Benchmarking Group's Social Impact Awards EMEA 2024. The awards were established to highlight firms working to bring positive change to their workplace environments, supporting the communities in which they work and breaking barriers for the next generation of lawyers.

Dechert was honored for launching its innovative Partner Diversity Information Card dashboard, which was designed to oversee the staffing and utilization processes for all associates and counsel in the U.S. and UK. The tool offers partners real-time data on staffing to highlight the importance of intentional and equitable team selection.

In addition to this accolade, Dechert was named a finalist for "Inclusion Firm of the Year" and was also shortlisted in categories focused on mentorship, leadership training, inclusive recruitment and pro bono.

Winners in the EMEA Social Impact Awards were announced at a ceremony in London on September 12.
